?1. Features:
?? (1) Manufactured according to the HJ / T 257-2006 standard, each index of the equipment has reached the National Standard A-Level.
?? (2) Controlled by PLC program, with sequencing batch working principle, the compound disinfectant is prepared batch by batch until the finished product box is full. The automation control steps are as follows:
A. Detect the finished product box liquid level;
B. If it is not full, turn on the brine pump to fill the electric tank with table salt solution.
C. Turn off the brine pump, and electrolyze the salt solution under constant flow and constant pressure for 60-90 minutes.
D. When the electrolysis is finished, open the downcomer of the motor-operated valve to let the finished product of disinfectant liquid flow into the finished product box.
E. Then, the positive and negative electrodes are automatically switched.
F. Repeat the steps above to carry on circular preparation, until the equipment turns off automatically when the finished product box is full.
(3) High utilization efficiency of salt solution by using diaphragm electrolysis.
(4) Using titanium anode with high activity and long service life, and the circular electrolysis economic in salt and electricity consumption.
(5) Full automatic control costing only 3-7 days to dissolve the salt solution (with concentration of 28-35%) artificially.

Dosage parameters for various water treatments:
Tap Water and drinking water disinfection:
Capable of handling tap water and drinking water with the scale of 10-5000 T/h. The models may be selected according to the current capacity and number of the clean water pump. The cost is 0.0085 yuan /T. Chlorine dosage: Add 1.5 g of chlorine to every ton of tap water and drinking water. After contacting with water for 30 minutes, the residual chlorine should be no less than 0.3 mg / L, and the residual chlorine in the water of the pipeline end should be no less than 0.05 mg / L.
Hospital sewage treatment:
Capable of handling hospital sewage of 50 to 1000 beds and with direct treatment cost of 0.11 yuan
